Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a nice citrus scent and is a little thick, but it absorbs easily. It seems like the spots have lightened a little, but maybe nothing has changed...to be honest, I didn't notice anything even after using up the whole bottle. It didn't irritate my skin, which was great.
I use this product from May to August during the summer. It has a thick but refreshing feel, isn't too heavy, and I like that I can feel the effects of the vitamin C. I also use the emulsion from the same series, and I feel that it has improved dullness and made my pores smaller. I plan to buy it again next summer. However, I find that it irritates my skin a little during the dry season, so I use Curel and other products in the winter.
Since I'm a cost-effective person when it comes to lotions, I splurged and tried this one as part of my summer whitening routine. It's slightly thick and has a refreshing scent. It was easy to use. I definitely feel like my skin is a little less dull. I might buy it again this summer, but I'm not a big fan of Obagi packaging (I'm in my 40s, so I consider myself an older woman, but I personally think Obagi packaging is a bit old-fashioned. I do consider myself an older woman, but I don't want my packaging to look old-fashioned...), so if I find something better, I might try that.
I'm troubled by freckles, so I bought this because I like vitamin C. It moisturizes my skin just right. I find it easy to use. I don't feel any irritation from vitamin C, but I do feel it from Eternal.
It's a thick lotion that absorbs quickly into the skin. It also seems to have a high moisturizing effect, so I'll probably buy it again.
