Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It has a smooth texture, but when you spread it on your skin, it feels a little viscous. It's colorless and transparent, and has almost no scent. These types of anti-wrinkle products require continued use and it's difficult to see immediate results, but it's not particularly irritating and is inexpensive, so I think it's a good product that's easy to continue using. I also appreciate that I can use it generously not only on my face, but also on my neck, hands, etc.
It has a strong oily feel, but it's not slimy or sticky, so it feels like it's properly absorbed. It's a serum that's easy to incorporate into my current skincare routine, so I believe it's good for my skin and I want to continue using it.
I'm happy that I can get anti-aging care at an affordable price. I think I'll buy it again when I run out.
