Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was interested in this product and the reviews seemed good, so I bought it. It's a smooth powder with no scent. Add a little water to make it slippery, then apply it to your skin and wash. I really like the feel of it. After rinsing, my skin feels smooth and moisturized, which is great! The cap measures out a single dose, but it dispenses a fair amount, so if you want less, you might want to use less. It's reasonably priced and gentle on the skin, so you can use it with confidence. The feel is similar to the rice bran enzyme facial cleanser. It goes from slippery to smooth. This one is a smoother powder, so it's less irritating to the skin.
