Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my second one. I've used plumpers from budget brands and Korean cosmetics before, but MAC was my first department store plumper. I was surprised by the strong tingling sensation I felt when I had the product touched up in-store, but the pain didn't last that long and I didn't notice much of a plumping effect. However, my lips looked much healthier, so I bought it. I also like that it moisturizes well without feeling heavy. I bought it last April and used it as a primer before applying my morning lip color. It lasted about 10 months, so I think it's great value for money. It pairs well with any lipstick, and doesn't get in the way of tints or matte lipsticks applied on top. Applying it in the morning keeps my lips moisturized until lunchtime.
I saw this product by chance on Instagram and fell in love at first sight... I bought it on Suzykirei online store, and the moment I got it... I was delighted with how beautiful the container was, and when I used it, I was so happy to see how it really stings and plumps up my lips beautifully. It's completely different from the Cezanne plumper - I'll use it carefully!

I feel the tingly ginger a little after applying it, rather than the moment I apply it. Once you get used to it, it's fine. I also use it as a lip balm before bed or before applying makeup, and I'd like to buy it again.
