On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I tried it once a few years ago, but honestly, it wasn't that great. But then I saw on YouTube that it was recommended for people in their 40s, so I bought it and it blended in well and made my skin feel flat, which was great lol.
I wonder if the packaging has been renewed? I've been using it since the previous packaging, and it has a refreshing texture, spreads easily, and prevents dryness, so I'm thinking of repurchasing it in the winter. The previous packaging was difficult to use all the way to the end, so I'll write a review again to see if this one is easy to use all the way to the end.
Normally, my makeup routine is complete with a control color primer, concealer, or cushion foundation, and powder. However, my skin gets dry and flaky in the winter. It also breaks down quickly and gets smudged by night. But when I use this primer, the cushion foundation adheres differently (lol). And by the evening, it barely smudges at all. Because I'm on a visiting job, my face gets tight in the cold, but that doesn't happen at all with this. It's also incredibly moisturizing! I'm blown away. I want to give it about a 10 star rating. lol It also gives my face a really radiant glow.
