Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As winter approaches and dryness becomes a concern, I decided to purchase this product. When I actually used it, I found that it was highly moisturizing, and I was able to wash my skin without feeling any tightness, so I was very satisfied.
It has a firm texture, but when lathered using a net, it becomes fluffy and soft. The foam is so thick that it doesn't fall off even when turned upside down, making it easy to wash. The foam rinses off easily and leaves your skin feeling refreshed. It's a moisturizing type, so it's perfect for use in this season when dryness is a concern.
It has a slightly firm texture. When you spread it on your skin, it becomes sticky and stringy. When you lather it, it creates a lot of fluffy, light foam. It has a slightly moisturizing feel and rinses off easily, making it easy to use. I didn't particularly mind the scent.
