Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Maybe I'm just not good at using it, but it doesn't seem to stay in place very well, and it stays soft and doesn't get crunchy after use.
I have very thick, dense eyebrows, and I apply it in the morning and it keeps them in place until the evening. I thought that with this type of hair, it would need to be crispy to stay in place, but this is great because it's fluffy and not crispy. However, it has a really strong smell, like glue, so I wonder if it's okay to use it on my face. The smell is why I'm giving it a minus star.
It doesn't have any color, so it just straightens and keeps the hair in place. I think it would be a good product for people with well-grown eyebrows. I haven't gotten the hang of it yet... But it doesn't harden and harden, so it seems like it would create natural looking eyebrows.
