Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a soft texture and blends well with the skin. It spreads very easily, so even a small amount can be applied to the entire face. I have sensitive skin, but I can use it without any problems and my skin feels good.
I used the 10g mini size that came in the kit. It contains moisturizing ingredients (Rice Power (Rice Extract) No. 11, Ectoin, Alteromonas Fermentation Extract, Bifidobacterium Fermentation Extract, and Glycerin). It's like a beauty lotion, but has a creamy texture. It spreads nicely and leaves my skin feeling moisturized after use. I have dry skin, so cream is essential, but with this, I was satisfied without needing to layer on top. It doesn't bother me, but the scent might bother some. It's so moisturizing, I'd love to buy the full version if I get the chance.
I've been using this product since I was in my 30s and have come back to it after a long time. Back then, I used to use lotion and emulsion, but this is my first time buying a cream. The scent is quite strong, so if you're concerned, I recommend checking it out in store beforehand. The texture is a little loose, making it easy to spread on the skin. It has a rich texture, and a small amount was enough to cover my entire face. I only use it at night, and my skin doesn't feel tight or sticky the next morning, so it's just right. I've only just started using it, so I haven't seen any visible results, but I've been able to use it without any stress. The case doesn't look cheap, which is a plus!
