Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried that the oil, which can be used as a base before using a hair iron, would make my hair feel heavy, but it actually has a very light texture and blends in easily, with almost no stickiness. It's easy to use on dry hair, and leaves it smooth to run your fingers through. When I used it before using the iron, it seemed to reduce heat damage, and the end result was less dry and frizzy! I was impressed that I could style my hair well even at a lower temperature than usual, and that my curls and straightness remained strong even after a long time. I love that it moisturizes my hair all the way to the ends without making it feel heavy. The scent is a refined rose scent that's not too sweet, and it was pleasant to use while styling.
I can't do without this when curling or ironing my hair! I have thick, curly hair, so it's something I can't live without. What's more, it stays in place until the evening without any added makeup!
I have medium-long, slightly coarse hair that's been bleached twice and has dry ends. Fino and Botanist don't suit my hair type. Melt and Yoru are suitable for my hair type. I usually use Kota Base Oil 7 Airy? I think. When using it as an after-bath product, you might want to apply more than you think. I use a little less when using it on dry hair. It softens the ends and makes them manageable, so the results are great. I like the sweet, grapefruit-like scent. The scent isn't too strong. The texture is comparable to Kota, so I think it's good. Both seem to contain repairing ingredients. I like the scent of Kota. If there were no other options, I'd probably buy this again. I use different ones depending on the season, temperature, and humidity. It's also multi-purpose, so it can be used on both dry and wet hair, which helps keep the bathroom clutter-free.
I was curious about this product, so I bought it and it was great! I've never used a lock primer before ironing, but since I started using this, my hair has been able to stay in place nicely, so I'm glad! It can be used on both dry and wet hair, so I highly recommend it!
It's easy to use because a small amount goes in well. I also love the scent, so I keep buying it. As a lock oil, it can be a bit sticky, so I use it as a finishing touch.
