Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It adheres well to the skin, so I use it when I feel like I'm about to sweat. It leaves a white mark, so be careful not to apply too much. I can't say for sure that this is the only reason, but when I used it every day, my skin became rough and my blackheads got worse, so I won't be repurchasing it.
I recently won a giveaway from Suzykirei. Thank you! When you put it on your hands, you can smell a refreshing plant-based scent, but it's not too strong, so after a while it doesn't bother me too much. It's small, but even a small amount spreads well and feels moisturizing. To be honest, it doesn't have many great features, but it feels gentle on the skin and can be used safely, so it's great for sensitive skin.
It's very prone to becoming uneven and leaving strange white flakes.
