Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about the smell of my scalp, but this has improved it. I recommend it, but the price has gone up a little, so I gave it a minus 1.
I'm not sure if this shampoo will appeal to everyone, but personally, it's my favorite. I've repurchased it several times. It doesn't lather well, so I shower my scalp and hair thoroughly before shampooing. I have a sensitive scalp, so I can use this shampoo without worry. The herbal scent is also soothing.
I use it in combination with shampoo. My scalp gets itchy when it's dry, but since using this, I've been able to maintain a good scalp environment. It's safe to apply directly to the scalp. It doesn't make my hair super smooth, but I recommend it to anyone who prioritizes scalp care.
I had my scalp checked at a L'Occitane store and was told that my scalp was lacking moisture, so I bought this. I also like the slightly heavy scent. My hair gets dense after shampooing, but after conditioning and drying, it becomes fluffy. I also like how the foam rinses off easily.
I bought this for everyday use. It has a gentle, soft floral herbal scent and lathers well. I always use a conditioner afterwards.
