Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When I apply it to areas that are itchy due to dryness, the itch subsides! It's compact, so it's perfect for carrying around, and I feel safe applying it whenever I feel itchy! It also seems to protect against pollen, so I think I should apply it before the itch starts, but the amount is small and it seems to run out quickly. I'm worried that if I apply it to several areas every day, it won't last a month.
It doesn't make my hay fever worse, but it makes me feel protected and lifts my spirits. It's a hard lotion, so I try to apply it carefully. It's small and portable, so I love it.
It was recommended to use it in combination with the mist, so I am using them together! I think I'll be able to get through this spring without any skin irritation. It's not sticky and feels great.
I'm late in posting this, but I received this from Suzykirei and it has helped me feel a little better during the spring pollen season. My son also says it's great and uses the balm and spray every day. I've found a great product, thank you.
I bought it as a set with the mist, but I'm not sure if it's effective against pollen. The balm is quite hard and moisturizing, but not sticky. However, it's so hard that it's very difficult to spread. I prefer IPSA's stick-type balm, even though it doesn't protect against pollen.
