Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to use because it doesn't leave your hair feeling rough or tangled after washing. It also has a nice fruity scent.
I used the trial size to try out the hair pack. I liked the smell and it made my hair smooth, which I love. It keeps my hair tangle-free while washing.
The packaging is cute. The shampoo rinses off easily and is easy to use. The conditioner isn't very moisturizing, but it's easy to rinse off, and you can cover the moisture with other leave-in products. For shoulder-length hair, 1.0 pumps of shampoo and 1.5 pumps of conditioner is perfect! I like to get my bath done quickly, so this type is great because it doesn't require the hassle of shampoo and conditioner! My hair is still dry the next morning, but it doesn't explode. It's easy to style! I want to buy it again!
I liked the smell! The feel was neither good nor bad.
I bought it because of the large capacity. It feels refreshing when you're washing, but leaves your hair feeling moisturized and fluffy after washing. I have a lot of hair, so I sometimes feel like it's a little too fluffy, but I use oil when styling my hair, so it's not a problem. It lathers well, so it's good value for money. I would recommend it, considering the price and ease of purchase.
