How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this set at Don Quijote, which included the main product and refill, for about 500 yen. I usually use tube-type facial cleansing paste. It's convenient because it comes out as foam, but it doesn't leave a very refreshing feeling and my skin felt a bit sticky after rinsing. Personally, I prefer tube-type products. This one is fragrance-free.
I've always loved the paste type, but I wondered what the foam type would be like, so I bought this. Whenever I use any of the paste face washes other than the blue one, I get acne right away, but this foam type has helped to control my acne just as much! It also leaves my skin feeling refreshed. I'm the type of person who finds bathing a hassle, but this is great because it eliminates one of the tedious tasks of lathering up my face wash, so I've bought it again!
I've always loved the Rosette series. I love the refreshing feeling after washing and the retro packaging. It's great to be able to wash my face with this fluffy foam when I'm tired and even using a foaming net is too much work. I'm so grateful that they made a foaming version. Thank you.
