On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Because it contains serum, I feel like my makeup doesn't come off easily even in the dry season. I like it because it doesn't look like I've applied foundation thickly, but rather has a natural finish that leaves my skin feeling bare, yet still covers pores and redness.

I was using Laura Mercier and switched to this. The cushion is more elastic than the Laura Mercier, and it feels a little firmer? It seems to be soaked in a thicker liquid? Aki Higashihara gave it rave reviews on YouTube, and I personally think it's great, as it gives a glossy finish and provides coverage. It's a little pricey, so if it lasts a long time, I think I'll continue using it, and I'll decide whether to repurchase depending on how long it lasts.
I used to use Lancôme cushion foundation, but I didn't use it properly and didn't know how much to use, so I avoided it. This product doesn't completely remove dark circles or blemishes, but it keeps my makeup looking nice and my skin looks beautiful, so I'm glad I bought it.
