Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

At first, I thought it was too thin and regretted that I had made a mistake, but as I tried various things, I got better at adding subtle nuances to the sides and started to think, "Oh? This looks good." Lol. Now I've mastered it!

I bought this for my nape. It's small and doesn't get in the way. My daughter uses it on her bangs. The thin plates make it perfect for focusing on specific areas.
As expected from ReFa. It's small but top-notch. It's the perfect size for travel or just to carry around on a daily basis.
I use this old finger iron every day and really like it, so I decided to buy a new one. I only use it on my bangs, but the plates are quite thin, so it's difficult to create natural curls... However, I still like the fact that it's cordless and portable! I'd like to practice a bit more to become more adept at using it.
