Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The glitter lasts a long time. It sticks like glue. It might get a little messy in the summer, so I'm looking for a way to use it properly.
The intensity of the color and the size of the glitter vary considerably depending on the color, so I recommend touching up around your eyes before purchasing. 03 has a clear color and the glitter seems to blend in, but 17 doesn't glow at all like the pink HP, and the glitter seems to stand out from the color.
I finally found it and was able to purchase it! The tip is thin so I use it as an accent! I want to collect all the different colors in Hofu (´ ▽ `)ﾉ It's easy to use and has great color payoff, so it's great!
It's what you might call a Hiro purchase! As Hiro used it on his Instagram Live, I use it more as an accent than as a liner. The thin brush makes it easy to apply with small dabs and also smooth. The light pink color with sparkles makes it a perfect accent for any eyeshadow. I use it on my days off when I want to create a stylish eye look. It doesn't particularly come off, so I put it on in the morning and it stays sparkling until night. I highly recommend it!
It's been sold out online for a long time, but I found the last one at the Suzykirei store! Hiro Odagiri also praised the delicate glitter. What I like about Flash Creator is that it's smooth, like using a fine paint brush. The slightly bluish pink is so cute! It's convenient because you can apply it around the corners of your eyes, or under your eyes, or even under your eyes. This is my third Flash Creator, and I'm sure I'll buy it again when it comes out. It's a product that I would recommend even to people who aren't good at using eyeliner.
