How to use
使用前，顺时针旋转笔杆，将笔芯拉出约1毫米。画好线后，用附带的笔尖晕染开，打造更自然的妆效。卸妆时，我们建议使用Osaji Point卸妆液。 <caution>笔芯非常柔软，如果拉出过远可能会断裂。受到强烈冲击或过大外力也可能导致断裂。使用后，请务必将笔芯放回原位，然后将笔帽完全盖紧。笔帽敞开会导致笔芯变硬，难以使用。注意不要让笔芯沾到衣服上，否则很难清洗干净。</caution>

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
