Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have fine, fine hair. The shampoo smells like a citrus bath additive, lathers well, and doesn't feel squeaky at all. The treatment smells like orange gum... I was hesitant to use this on my hair, but I did anyway (lol). I was worried because the shampoo made it squeaky, but it seemed fine when I used a hair dryer, so I finished without using an after-bath treatment. My hair is surprisingly moisturized and manageable without frizz. I don't like the scent, so I won't be buying it again. My kids said it smells delicious (lol). I wish they'd stuck with the original yellow Repair. The Repair scent is still my favorite. I hope they re-release it, even if it's just for a limited time.
The smell isn't too strong and it's just the right amount of moisturizing, leaving my hair looking nice and manageable.
I've tried almost all of the Ullis series (light blue, purple, pink), but this yellow treatment is my favorite! I've probably bought the refill over 15 times! However, I didn't really like the feel of the shampoo. Maybe it was too damaging to my hair and didn't suit it. For the past year or so, I've been using this treatment after Steven Knoll's color shampoo! It makes my hair so smooth!
I received a sample at a sports club and used it before purchasing this product. It seemed to work well for my dry hair, and it feels even better when used in conjunction with oils and masks. The pouch type is convenient for travel and use at the sports club.
Good points: scent, cost performance. I tried it again and it was good, so I'll revise my review. I bought the trial size after hearing rumors that this shampoo leaves your hair feeling light and fluffy, yet moisturizing. The scent is unique and different from the typical floral or citrus scents. It's orange tea, so preferences may vary, but I like it. My hair felt smooth after blow-drying. It didn't feel like it made my hair feel light and fluffy, but it did make it smooth. My hair was also cool, so maybe it was getting more moisture.
