Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

espoir Be Glow Volume Cushion is a cushion foundation with a moist feel that I would recommend to those with dry skin and those who like a natural glow! It contains whitening ingredients and glutathione ingredients, so the more you apply it, the more gorgeous the glow will be! It's a hypoallergenic vegan product, so it seems like it can be used safely by those with sensitive skin :) This is my favorite cushion foundation these days.
I recommend this to those who like glossy skin! It makes your skin look gorgeous and bright! It's great for those who are concerned about dry skin! It gives you a beautiful translucent look that lasts for a long time! I used number 21!
I've always used Bee Velvet Foundation, but I've switched to the new Espoir Bee Glow Volume Cushion. It's described as a volume and gloss cushion, and says that where light hits it, it will give an even more glossy and glamorous look. On my skin, it feels matte and smooth, but it's also hypoallergenic and keeps its transparency for a long time. Bee Velvet is a blessing for me at this time of year (winter). I'm looking forward to using it from early summer onwards.
I tried out the Be Glow Volume Cushion in Ivory! It has good adhesion and moisturizing properties, and it hides pores quite well. It has a natural finish, so I recommend it to those who like thin products.
