Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The non-sticky liquid treatment is very good and I feel like it makes my hair a little straighter. Like the shampoo, some people may like the scent and others may not. I think it's a good product.
It has the scent of shampoo and conditioner that Westerners use, and it lingers faintly until the next morning. This means it may interfere with other hair fragrances. The feel is not bad, and it actually gets warm when you take it out and apply it. Some people might even find it hot. When you first apply it, it makes your hair very smooth and silky to the touch, but once it dries, it doesn't look as smooth, and it doesn't control flyaways. However, it does make your hair more manageable and significantly reduces frizz. In the first place, in-bath water treatments are becoming less common, so if you miss that type, it's worth trying.
