Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As I get older, my sensitive areas tend to dry out, so I was looking for a soap to use in those areas, and I received this from suzykirei. Since I started using this, my dry skin symptoms have disappeared. I will buy the Rabiome Barrier Soap again when I run out!
I received this as a monitor gift from suzykirei. I've always used foam-type soap for the delicate zone, so this was my first gel soap. First of all, the scent was really nice, it was my favorite scent out of all the ones I've used so far. Perhaps it's because of the lactic acid bacteria, but I don't feel any unpleasant odor even during the heavy vaginal discharge before my period. I plan to buy this product again once I've finished using it.
I received the product as a tester from suzykirei. It smells great and is very comfortable to use. It doesn't itch and leaves a refreshing feeling. I think this product is great for use on sensitive areas. I want to keep using it. The bottle is cute too.
