How to use
洁面后，在干净的肌肤上使用。1. 从开口处打开包装，取出折叠好的面膜。可能会有精华液滴落，请小心不要沾到衣服上。2. 撕下一层保护膜，将撕下的一面贴于面部，眼周向外折叠。3. 撕下外层保护膜。调整面膜位置，确保面膜紧贴肌肤。4. 敷约15分钟后取下面膜，用手轻轻按摩至剩余精华液完全吸收。之后无需使用精华液或面霜，但您也可以根据个人喜好使用。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
