Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love CEZANNE eyeshadows and have a variety of them. I'm cool-toned so I was thinking of buying 02, but I have a lot of pink eyeshadows so I bought 01 as it's a beige that cool-toned people can use as well. The color is really light. That's the nature of the product, but it seems like people's preferences will differ. I use it on weekdays as office makeup. The color doesn't become muddy even when layered, so it seems easy to use even for people who aren't good at makeup. However, because the color is light, I feel like only a hint of pearl remains in the evening. But it's a good color that can be used by both warm and cool undertones.
The glitter, pearly finish, and color are not too strong, so even my face, which doesn't tolerate heavy makeup, doesn't look heavy, and it gives a clean and elegant look, so it's perfect for everyday makeup. The price is reasonable, so it's easy to try colors you don't usually use!
The top right one has a glossy finish, making it good for highlighting the inner corner of the eye. The top left one has a strong shimmer, and the color is surprisingly light, so it doesn't look dark no matter where you apply it. The pink on the bottom right is soft, so it's just right when you apply it generously to your double eyelid or even beyond. The bottom left one is probably on the edge. Some people apply it generously under their eyes.
I was interested in the beige-toned eyeshadow, so I bought this one too. It's natural, but creates a nice shadow, so it's easy to use, and I like how it pairs well with reddish lips.
I was looking for a beige eyeshadow that wasn't too yellow, and this neutral color is very easy to use. The color is natural, so I don't think it's suitable for those who want a strong color.
