How to use
【使用方法】洗发后，清除头发和头皮上的污垢，沥干水分，从发梢开始涂抹护发素，用手指梳理，然后彻底冲洗干净。【补充方法】请务必将护发素补充到 Osaji Tuning Repairing Conditioner 护发素瓶中。打开瓶盖时，小心不要让液体溅出。将喷嘴对准瓶口，缓慢倒入。补充时，请勿清洗瓶身或泵头，直接使用即可，以防止细菌滋生。如果清洗了瓶身或泵头，请务必在补充前彻底擦干。请勿在未补充的情况下直接使用本产品。补充后，请记录包装底部的序列号。（咨询产品相关问题时可能需要此信息。）

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
