How to use
【使用方法】取适量本品，用起泡网或其他类似工具充分揉搓起泡。将泡沫涂抹于双手，轻柔按摩身体。然后彻底冲洗干净。【补充方法】请务必将本品补充至“Osaji Tuning Moisture Soap”瓶中。打开瓶盖时，注意不要让液体溅出。将瓶嘴对准瓶口，缓慢倒入。补充时，请勿清洗瓶身或泵头，直接使用即可，以防止细菌滋生。如果清洗了瓶身或泵头，请务必在补充前彻底擦干。请勿未经补充直接使用本产品。补充后，请记录包装底部的序列号。（咨询产品相关问题时可能需要提供此序列号。）

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
