How to use
【使用方法】按压泵头挤出适量泡沫，将双手浸入泡沫中清洗，然后彻底冲洗干净。【补充方法】请务必将产品补充到“Osaji Tuning Clearing Wash”专用瓶中。打开瓶盖时，注意不要让液体溅出。将喷嘴对准瓶口，缓慢倒入。补充时，请勿清洗瓶子或泵头，直接使用即可，以防止细菌滋生。如果清洗过瓶子或泵头，请务必在补充前彻底擦干。请勿未经补充直接使用本产品。补充后，请记录包装底部的序列号。（咨询产品相关问题时可能需要此信息。）

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
