Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is as amazing as ever! It's a large bottle, so I keep it at work and use it whenever I feel like it. It's a little sticky right after I apply it, but I like that I can get back to work right away!
I love it so much that this is my third bottle. The scent is not too strong and is very soothing, so it's perfect for everyday use or before bed. It's not sticky, but rather moist and smooth, so it's really easy to use! I highly recommend it!
The subtle herbal scent makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It's not sticky and leaves your skin feeling well-moisturized.
The scent was more woody than I expected, which I didn't really like. I like that it's not sticky.
Recently, I saw on Osaji's product page that the Tuning scent was an improved version of Ibuki, so I bought it. It has a refreshing, unsweetened scent, and I like it as a hand cream because it leaves you feeling refreshed after applying it, but I still prefer the scent of Ibuki. (When I applied it, it smelled like chopped butterbur buds, which are available in early spring, and it was very refreshing.)
