How to use
沐浴油：取1-2泵于湿润的海绵或毛巾上，充分揉搓起泡，然后清洗身体。之后，用淋浴或流水彻底冲洗干净。身体磨砂膏：取适量直接涂抹于湿润的身体上，轻轻按摩1-2分钟，然后冲洗干净。重点按摩肘部、膝盖和脚后跟等粗糙部位。建议每周使用两次。每次取一勺用于上半身，一勺用于下半身，一勺用于膝盖和脚后跟等问题部位。积雪草霜：取适量于掌心，以打圈的方式按摩于清洁的肌肤上。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
