Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The cat is so cute that I hesitated to use it! Well, I did. It's a smooth lip product. It's not super moisturizing, but since I was using it as a lip balm before makeup, it's easy to use and not sticky.
It's moisturizing, cute, and exciting! However, on Suzykirei it said "product" and the photo showed it with a case, so I thought it would arrive in that state, but it arrived with just the refill, which surprised me for a moment... I was relieved to see someone else commenting the same thing. I bought the case on ZOZOTOWN and got points, so I got it cheap!
Being an avid cat lover, I've always had my eye on this product, but I felt it would be a shame for the cats to have their faces and ears disappear when they use it, so I've been hesitant to buy it until now. The cute lipstick case finally lured me in, and I finally bought it. It looks too cute. Even though I'm a grown man, I'm excited (lol). I had a feeling it wouldn't last forever, so I gingerly tried it out as soon as it arrived. It's moisturizing, and it seems like it could be used as a lip primer. Apparently there are also tint and sunscreen types, so I think I'll gradually collect them.
It's not sticky and has a subtle, pleasant scent. It also looks cute and gets you excited.
