Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
This is the first time I've used something called a BB cream! I use it without sunscreen or primer. It evens out my skin tone with just this one product, which is great! (Do I need a primer to tone it up if I want to tone it up?) It also has a moderate amount of UV protection, and I can finish it off with powder, so it saves time.
Of all the Orbis BB creams, this one has the most coverage. It spreads a little slower than the others, but honestly, it's just as good as foundation. I don't need a primer, so I think this is enough.
I used to love department store foundations, but after I turned 40, no matter what I used, even light foundations, no matter the shade I tried, just never looked good on me. Just when I was exhausted from searching for foundation, I discovered Orbis Whitening BB and used it repeatedly for several years. Perhaps due to age, Orbis Whitening BB alone no longer covers my imperfections, so I purchased this. It's a BB cream, but it's also designed for mature skin, and it offers good coverage. I mix it with a little oil, and it adheres better than the Whitening BB, making it easy to create firm, radiant skin. It leaves a beautiful finish similar to Shiseido's foundation, and I'm impressed by the natural, three-dimensional effect. I'll definitely be buying it again!

[Product Features] ★Foundation★SPF40 PA+++★Contents: 25g★Usage: After skincare, take an appropriate amount (1-2 tablets) and spread evenly over the entire face. It's pretty good. It seems to last a long time, so it still has coverage even in the evening. I used CEZANNE's "Sebum-Preventing Primer (Light Blue)" as my primer. I lightly spread it all over with my fingers and then patted it with a puff. Thanks to the primer, there was minimal shine, and the matte finish lasted just right. I used the natural shade, which suited my skin perfectly, and there was no difference between it and my neck! I'd like a glow, but since I tend to get shiny, this is probably better... If I could be greedy, a glowy finish like a cream foundation would be perfect. Perhaps it's because of this product, winter, or my skincare routine, but the area around my mouth is a little dry and flaky. I'll wait and see. I tried both the natural and light shades, but the light shade was a little whiter on my skin, so the natural shade suited me better! But the light also made my skin look pale, so I guess it wasn't bad...!
