Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a slightly thick lotion with high moisturizing power. It's also cost-effective, so I use it as a cotton pack. I love how my skin feels so soft and supple the next morning after using it.
I'm a fan of Dr. G products. I used to use a smooth lotion, but my skin started to feel drier in the winter, so I switched to this. It's great for my dry skin! I apply a 500 yen coin-sized amount about three times. It plumps up my skin and doesn't irritate it, so I love it! Dr. G products suit me well, but I don't think they're suitable for my skin in the summer.
It's a lotion that replaces lotion! I apply a generous amount after washing my face. I have dry skin, so even if I apply a generous amount, it doesn't feel sticky and it absorbs easily. After that, I apply the Black Snail Retinol Serum and Cream from the same series. I bought it when it was on sale at Q10. It was surprisingly good. I'd like to buy it again if I can get it at a good price.
I used the product that came with the Red Blemish Cream as a sample. It doesn't feel moisturizing enough for winter use, but it really has zero irritation. I agree with the claim that it can be used on babies. I'd like to try it on my helpless skin during pollen season.
It was easy to use even on sensitive skin without stinging. It was a little thick. I'd like to try one and if it doesn't dry out my skin, I'd like to buy it again.
