Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The chrome plating releases static electricity that builds up in your hair. I tried using it in the winter, and I heard a lot of static crackling. (lol) Personally, I feel like my hair gets a little shinier after using it. It's great for combing your hair thoroughly, so it's become one of my favorite combs. If possible, I'd be happy if they made a foldable size that would be easy to carry around when traveling. ( )Shobido, could you make one?

The plating is cute and the static electricity seems to be less than usual! I'll keep using it (^^)
I use it together with my in-bath treatment. The fine combs seem to improve the penetration of the treatment. I bought it to prevent static electricity, but after thinking about it, it's not foldable, so it's not portable, which is a shame.
It's inexpensive, water-resistant thanks to its plated finish, and the gaps between the combs are thin, so combing your hair with it makes it smooth. It's not foldable, so it can't be made compact, but since there are no joints, it's good because it's less likely to get dirty.
