Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love By Your masks and use them every day, so I also bought the lotion! I was starting to notice my pores getting bigger, so I wanted to try this product and it seems to have shrunk them! The lotion is thick and moisturizing, so I highly recommend it for this dry season.
It has a smooth texture and is easy to use, similar to a serum. It does have a slight scent, but it fades after about an hour, so it's quite mild. I have sensitive skin, and I'm relieved to hear that it's fine. While the results are yet to come, it's moisturizing and seems like it would be good for dry winter skin. I plan to use it as a daytime toner. If I like it, I'd also like to try the cream from the same series. Also, the cute packaging makes skincare time fun. Postscript: I started noticing a tingling sensation on my skin about two weeks after I started using it. I took a break and when the tingling subsided, I resumed using it, but my cheeks started tingling again... I'm not sure if it's because it doesn't pair well with other cosmetics or the fragrance, but maybe it just doesn't suit me. I like the cute bottle, so it's a bit disappointing. I'll also try using it once the pollen season is over and things have settled down.
First of all, the packaging is cute! It's thick but not sticky and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It's a little tricky to use because only a small amount comes out, but it contains niacinamide and tomato extract, so I'm hoping to use it all up and get a translucent complexion. It's not too expensive, so I'd like to buy it again if I like it!
