Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Formulated with gagome kelp and pearl extracts for the beauty of Japanese hair. Rich, foamy lather for a comfortable wash! Lauroyl methylalanine is the main cleansing ingredient, and it's sulfate-free. Gentle cleanser. The soothing, natural essential oil scent is my favorite! It even left my damaged hair feeling soft and smooth! (Note: This product only uses shampoo, so I used the same conditioner I was using yesterday.) I had no idea FANCL even made shampoos! Since FANCL is known for its gentle skincare, I trust their shampoos. This product has a freshness period to maintain freshness and ensure proper care. It's recommended to use it within 120 days! There's a space at the bottom of the bottle to write the date of opening, which you can write in permanent marker.
It provides healthy care for your hair and scalp. I felt that the moisturizing effect of the treatment was not too strong.
I often get itchy hair when shampoo doesn't suit me, but FANCL shampoo was fine. It lathers well and doesn't dry out my hair after washing, which is great.
I have a tendency to have dry and itchy scalps and sometimes suffer from dandruff, but this product doesn't make my hair itchy or dry. It doesn't make my hair soft, so I need to use a conditioner, but it seems to be very good for my scalp.
The herbal scent lathers well and lifts my spirits. I wish it was a little cheaper... My scalp is prone to irritation, so I alternate between this and Furufuru. Using it every day made it rough.
