Is this an electric or heated comb?
No. It is a non-electric manual comb with no power source, made for arranging and smoothing hair. There is a separate heated iron version, but this one simply combs and needs no charging or plug.
What is it best used for?
It is designed for face-framing detail, catching the wispy bangs and short side strands that escape styling and smoothing them into place. It is handy for quick touch-ups through the day.
Does it help with static and flyaways?
Yes. The chrome coating is meant to reduce static as you comb, which helps tame flyaways, and the curved marquise teeth arrange fine hairs without pulling.
Is it easy to carry?
Very. It folds into a compact heart shape and locks open when in use, so it fits in a bag or pocket for styling on the go.

On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does international shipping take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The price is just right, not too expensive. Just one combing makes my hair smooth, and it's light and easy to carry. The colors are generally cute, so I wish there were more mature options, like blackish silver or matte.
It's static-free and keeps your hair tidy. It's convenient to carry around. I bought it as a birthday gift for a friend.

It's easy to use on my bangs and around my face, so I use it often. It looks so cute, and just holding it makes me excited!!! However, if you're looking for effectiveness, I think Love Chrome is a better choice. I didn't notice any particular effect on my hair, such as less static electricity or being able to comb it without tangling.
