How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A new moisturizing shampoo that charges and keeps moisture inside the hair. The hair care shampoo is a bit like a gel. When applied to the hair, it lathers well and creates a soft, fluffy foam. It thoroughly washes the scalp and leaves a refreshing impression without any squeaky feeling when rinsing. The treatment has a soft texture and is easy to apply to the hair. It can be carefully applied to the ends of the hair, so it feels smooth and silky after rinsing. It's great that it's easy to buy commercially, as it focuses on hair moisture retention.
I tried one 10g serving of each Bath Glow Repair & Silky. The slim trial pouches seem easier to use. The scent is strong, but it's a familiar, soapy scent (white freesia and green apple). However, after a bath, it becomes a cloying mass, like a bear washed whole body with Lux shampoo.
