How to use
取约3泵洁面乳于掌心，轻轻按摩至妆容上，然后用冷水或温水冲洗干净。将洁面乳专用泵头（需另购）安装到环保包装上，并将环保包装放入洁面乳专用支架（需另购）中。下次使用时，请更换泵头。*环保包装配有特殊泵头，可防止空气进入，即使包装被压扁也能用完。普通瓶装洁面乳的泵头不能与环保包装一起使用。请务必使用专用泵头。*环保包装泵头长期使用后可能难以挤出洁面乳，因此建议使用约3次后更换。*您可以使用目前使用的环保包装支架。*如果您担心环保瓶沾染污垢，请用水清洗并彻底晾干后再使用。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin tends to dry out easily, and the cleanser I used before didn't completely remove makeup stains even after cleansing. However, this product thoroughly removes stains while leaving a lovely scent. I love it! I've been using it for years now.
