Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've noticed my skin has been shrinking since this fall (especially the fine lines under my left eye...), so I've been looking for a serum with strong anti-aging effects. How about cost-effectiveness? 18ml (30-day supply). 2 pumps recommended. This is the first time I've used the product, so I'd like to give it 5 stars for effectiveness, but I'll give it 4 stars and see how it goes.

This is an introductory serum to be used immediately after washing your face. It's also nano-encapsulated to deliver activated thioredoxin deep into the stratum corneum. It has no fragrance, is light and smooth to the touch, and seems to pair well with any cosmetics.
