Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This shampoo → treatment is easy and keeps my hair conditioned, so I've bought it again and again. I usually buy it at a drugstore, but when I ordered it through Suzykirei, it was delayed due to the high volume of orders in December... I used it all up before it arrived, so I ended up having to buy it at a drugstore... Oh well, I'll keep it in stock.
The scent is nice and the bottle design is very cute, but I couldn't fit it in the shampoo area in my bathroom! It would have been great if the bottle was a little slimmer.
I used Shampoo 1.0 (Shampoo) and felt that it suited my hair type perfectly, so I used Shampoo 2.0. It has a heavy texture, so it might be good for people with damaged hair. Personally, I found it a little too heavy.
