Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

★Caution★ The main ingredient seems to be olefin (C14-16) sodium sulfonate, so it may not be suitable for sensitive skin. It has a strong cleansing power. I used a first-time use discount coupon at a slightly more expensive hot spring in Osaka City, where they had the Provencia series. The shampoo smelled great, but even more so, I was enchanted by the almond scent, which had a musky quality that I've never forgotten. A few years later, when I found it on Suzykirei, I bought it immediately. It smells amazing! It smells so good, and it was only about 1000 yen, so compared to department store cosmetics and luxury brands from overseas, it's actually quite good value for money! The only drawback is that it's a little sticky. I recommend it for those who value fragrance or prefer strong scents!
