Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love Fernanda's hand cream because it spreads easily and is smooth, yet has just the right amount of moisturizing feel. The new cosmos scent is so soothing. It's a hand cream I keep repurchasing all year round.
It doesn't leave a sticky feeling after use, so you can touch your smartphone right away. The scent doesn't linger, so it's easy to use and only smells when you use it.
The scent is simply amazing. As I've gotten into my 40s, I've become increasingly concerned about the way my hands feel, so hand cream has become a necessity. Some scents give me headaches or upset my stomach, but this one didn't bother me. I sometimes see it in variety stores, so it's best to check the scent before purchasing, but I recommend it.
