Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because I happened to see it at Donki. I think it's a safe, highly moisturizing balm. I like it better than Ihada's clear balm. Will I buy it again? I'm considering it.
This balm is highly moisturizing and contains a good amount of oil, so it seems to be good for dry skin. It is slightly acidic and fragrance-free. It is perfect for people with sensitive and dry skin.
The texture was lighter than I expected! I have dry skin, and many creams on the market leave my skin feeling flaky, or those that focus on moisturizing are sticky, so I couldn't find anything that I liked. This product, which I've been interested in for a while, spreads well and doesn't dry out my skin the next day! I'll use it up and decide whether to buy it again! I received this as a gift from suzykirei. I use it as a set of lotion and balm. I take a small amount of the balm at the end of my skincare routine and use it all over my face. I apply it again on areas that are dry. I feel like it moisturizes my skin for a few hours after using it, but in my case, it didn't last until the next day. It's a balm, but it's not too heavy and spreads easily, so it's easy to use. It's fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and slightly acidic, so I'm happy that it's safe for children to use. It's an affordable price, so I think it would be good to layer it with other products.
I received this from suzykirei. It has a firm texture similar to Vaseline, and I mainly used it around my eyes and mouth, which tend to dry out, and my skin was still moisturized the next morning.
