Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Mochimizu Base, color: 03 Beige Blue SPF33/PA++, was featured on a YouTube collaboration between hair and makeup artists George and Akari Yoshida. As a moisturizing cream base containing 86% serum ingredients, it feels like a skincare product. Though it's a cream, it spreads easily like a lotion and applies quickly. Its refreshing feel and easy-to-apply formula make it perfect for busy mornings. While it doesn't offer enough coverage to control color, after application, you can see a natural tone-up and subtle beige-blue color. If you feel like it's not enough coverage, try applying a control color in areas. Semi-matte to matte foundations seem to work well.

I checked out Kiss's new color primer online and in stores when it first came out, and ended up purchasing 03 Beige Blue. It has a refreshing texture and is fairly moisturizing. The Beige Blue doesn't really deliver the blue color that well. It doesn't have much color-correcting effect, and its tone-up power isn't very strong. On the other hand, it's not as moisturizing as primers for dry skin. For me, this makeup primer is somewhere in between. Its UV protection is SPF33 PA++. I like the simple packaging design.
This moisturizing foundation contains 86% beauty serum ingredients. It keeps dry skin moisturized and protects it from dryness all day long, and also helps make-up last longer. I especially recommend this foundation for those with dry skin! It's comfortable to wear and I love it.
It helps retain moisture better. Blue also has a tone-up effect.
