How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I suffer from itchy scalps due to atopic dermatitis, so I bought this product after hearing it was gentle on the skin. It leaves a clean feeling after washing, and my scalp doesn't itch! This shampoo is safe for allergy sufferers and I've used it countless times over the years. I have coarse, dry, curly hair, and the best thing about it is that it doesn't wash my hair too much. I can't continue using shampoos with strong cleansing power because they make my hair even more dry and cause redness and itching on my scalp.
