Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this with Zozo cosmetic points, and it's great! The product is hard and the texture is hard to use, but if the texture is too soft, I often end up putting too much on my cat's hair. This is just right. It has a nice scent, but I like that it's not too strong. I'm also interested in the ryo series, and I like the packaging, so it would make a good gift for a friend! I'd like to visit a physical store.
I use this on shoulder-length hair, and it's perfect for applying it to specific areas or when tying up your hair, rather than using it all over. At first, I tried using this balm because I wanted my hair to be more manageable, but I noticed a slightly oily smell, and it took me two washes to remove it with shampoo. It's also difficult to remove with soap when it gets on my hands. When I use it on specific areas like my bangs or around my face, it gives off a subtle, pleasant scent. It's reasonably priced, and I wanted to enjoy the scent, so I'm careful about how much I apply. I'll definitely consider buying it again...
