Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I can confidently recommend this product. It will change your skin the next day. I especially recommend it in winter.
I've bought this again and again. During the dry winter months, I apply this after lotion and then my cream. It gives my skin a much more moisturizing feel.
My skin feels softer when I use it! I used to use it and it was good, but it was too expensive for me, so I stopped using it. My skin feels better after using it! The scent is gentle and it relaxes me. I've definitely realized it's worth the price. I can feel the difference after just one use. I think it's right for me. The perfect consistency and the soothing floral scent that's so characteristic of L'Occitane are soothing. After finishing with this and the cream on a tiring day, I felt like my skin had a much smoother texture the next morning.
My tired skin feels plump and my pores are less noticeable. The scent is great, it looks cute, and it's fun to use. It contains oil, so it's hard to use in the morning, and it's a bit hard to get the last bit out, which is a shame. But the effect and ease of use were so good that I plan to buy it again.
