How to use
<how to use> ●先将头发和头皮弄湿，然后取适量洗发水于掌心。揉搓起泡后按摩头皮，然后彻底冲洗干净。 <how to refill>●请务必将洗发水灌装到空的SS Biolis Pure Touch Unesara洗发水瓶中。●为防止细菌滋生，灌装前请勿清洗瓶子或泵头。如果清洗，请彻底擦干。●用完瓶内剩余洗发水后，请将整瓶洗发水灌满。请勿与水或其他产品混合使用。●为确保卫生，建议灌装约三次后更换新瓶。●(1) 握紧吸嘴，沿虚线方向从箭头方向剪开。*剪开时请勿握得太紧，以免液体溅出。●(2) 切口朝上，将吸嘴折叠成锥形，如图所示。●(3) 握住折叠部分，将吸嘴插入瓶口，缓慢倒入洗发水。</how></how>

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the trial set and it was a shampoo that washed well, had no frizz, and was easy to use! It leaves your hair feeling light and smooth, so I recommend it to anyone who likes that kind of finish!
It's good value for money and feels great to use, so I'd like to use it again! The scent is also very nice, and there were no problems with the texture when I combed it the next day!
I have very fine, fine hair. My favorite shampoo has been discontinued, so I'm looking for a new one. When I opened the pouch, I was hit with a delicate fragrance. The foam was smooth and silky even after rinsing, so there was no squeaky feeling. The conditioner was just the right consistency, but it left my hair feeling light after blow-drying, so it ended up a bit frizzy for me. I plan to occasionally purchase a trial version to enjoy the scent.
It doesn't lather as well as my usual shampoo, and the conditioner is smooth when I use it, but I feel like it's a bit rough when I brush my hair the next day. I liked the scent, so I'll give it 4 stars.
