How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

To be honest, I don't use wipe-type makeup remover sheets very often because I'm worried about the harshness they can put on my skin, but for me, this is the number one rescue makeup remover for when I just can't find the energy to remove my makeup! It removes makeup well, and it doesn't require washing your face, but it doesn't make your skin feel tight, which is amazing!
It's thick and cleanly removes makeup. It's refreshing and I don't feel guilty about using the wipes. I use it when I'm too sleepy to take a bath.

I use this when I absolutely can't remove my makeup, and while it's nice that it's large and smudge-free, it doesn't remove much eye makeup. While it wipes off eyeshadow and foundation cleanly, one sheet doesn't remove mascara at all. Maybe it's because my mascara is waterproof, but... I really like Bifesta's eye makeup remover, which removes makeup really well, so maybe I expected too much from a sheet. It takes two or three sheets to remove makeup completely, so it's not the best value for money.
I bought this for days when cleansing is too much of a hassle. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of cleansing sheets, but this one is large, and the top sheet is moisturizing, so it's easy to use. I was also happy that it removed my mascara!
