Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's non-irritating and moisturizing, so on some days my skin looks incredibly clear. I also like that it has anti-aging properties. I use a different cream and lotion in the winter, but I feel like I could use this all year round.
The scent is nice and soothing. When I first started using it, I thought it was just average, neither good nor bad. As I continued to use it, I felt like it was more moisturizing. It didn't feel too sticky or too smooth on the skin, just right.

It feels gentle on the skin and has made it whiter. It's convenient to use just one extra product during the dry season. I look forward to when I finish using one bottle.
